Delivery policy
Delivery time is between 10-15 working days. This includes processing, packaging and delivery of your package and applies to all orders placed before 9:00 p.m. For any order placed after 9:00 p.m., the delivery time is calculated from the following working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email (within minutes of purchase)
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of the package (as soon as we have delivered it to the post office).
Can I benefit from free delivery? Yes, free delivery from 120€ purchase.
Is it possible to be delivered to a relay point? No, it's not possible yet, we're working on it.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Different tools are at your disposal to choose the right product and the right size.
Unworn, unwashed clothing that still has its tags can be returned to us no later than 14 days after receipt of your order.
To return the product, write to us specifying your order number to: info@cbelge.be and we will tell you the procedure to follow. Please send the email with the subject line “Return request {your order number}”.
Unless there is a defect on the garment, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cbelge will cover the return costs.
If you are shipping a package whose value exceeds €75, we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
